What is a full session?

A full session is built around your schedule and needs. It is about 30-45 minutes and provides more images than a 15 minute mini session. The location is flexible and I do not have and sessions directly before or after.

Full sessions are great for those once a year updates. They can be  your immediate family, extended family, or just the kiddos.

What is a petite session

Petite sessions are basically bite sized versions of a regular session. They are smaller in time, provide fewer images, and have a fixed date, location, and theme (holidays, mom+me, etc). They are about 10-15 minutes long. They are perfect for a few great shots and many people do these several times a year.

If you have more specific date + time, a large group, or a last minute need, a full family session is suggested.

What is a newborn session

A newborn session is done in your home after you and the baby are home. We can pencil in this appointment at anytime during your pregnancy and set a firm date after the baby arrives. I suggest holding the session before 3 weeks of age. Parents and siblings are included, a wardrobe guide is provided, and there are packages to choose from to suit your needs.

After your 18 month journey, enroll again or enjoy the flexibility of a 3–6 month pause between memberships. These are designed to fit seamlessly into your family’s rhythm. What does a collection include?

Digital images are included in every collection, offering you instant access to your memories. Within the Motherhood Membership, you’ll also enjoy a curated print allowance—inviting you to transform your images into tangible heirlooms such as custom wall art, fine prints, and meaningful gifts for your home and loved ones.

Can I buy extra digital images?

Yes!
After your session please allow 2 weeks for your online gallery to arrive. You will be able to download the images included with your package as well as purchase additional images through the gallery.

Question 7

What is the best time for a session?

Accepted Answer

For outdoor sessions, I like to shoot at the end of the day after 3pm. This lends to less harsh shadows and cooler temperatures.

Since mini sessions are a little different time wise, please choose a time that is best for your family. Avoid nap time if possible and brings some snacks in the car. Well fed children (and partners) are ideal!

Cancelations and rescheduling

For bad weather, I will make the call if we need to reschedule. Cloudy is actually an amazing time for an outdoor session.

We will coordinate our schedules to come up with an alternative date.

If there is a sickness or emergency please contact me as soon as possible.

Session fees are non refundable. If a new time and date cannot be agreed upon I will issue a credit to be used in the next 6 moths.
